Then and Now’ – An Arts Society volunteering project

The Arts Society Teme Valley have been awarded grants from the Patricia Faye Fund from The Arts Society and from Rotary Cares, Ludlow. We have a total of £2000 to take our project, a collage entitled ‘Ludlow Then & Now’, forward.

A community artist, Caris Jackson, has been commissioned to work with us on this exciting project. We are now busy planning three workshops with older people, families and Scouts, Guides, Brownies, and Cubs, all of whom will be involved in sharing their memories and experiences of living, playing, and working in Ludlow in the 1950’s and now. The collage will be created by Caris, and we hope to reveal it in the autumn.
